Grand Circle is a place rich in national parks and conservation districts such as Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Monument Valley and other amenities of nature.
At the heart of it, there is another treasure – the Amangiri hotel. It is hidden in among the arising rugged cliffs creating a secluded valley. The resort architecture highlights all the beauty and singularity of the surrounding nature. The atmosphere of comfort and safety is created with the help of natural materials with distinctive colors, as well as the sense of freedom is not lost.
A natural rock escarpment enclosed in a pool is a central part of the Amangiri hotel. In the main building (called Pavilion), sheltering the pool area from the outside, a large Living Room divided into few cozy seating areas, a library. Next to it the Dining Room and the walk-in Wine Cellar, with a unique selection of wines. Adjacent is the felt-clad Private Dining Room. Located beyond the Pavilion, the Desert Lounge is an open air living room ideal for enjoying the sunset or the star-filled night sky.
On both sides of the central building, there are two wings playing to the wilderness. The hotel’s 32 suites all are in a different configuration – some have private plunge pools, some have sky terraces but all of them have the opened sitting areas with fireplaces. At the end of the wing called Mesa, there are 2,000 sq.m. of pure relaxation – the Aman Spa. An outdoor heated step-pool, private hot tubs, vapor rooms of different types, hydrotherapy, one more swimming pool, color therapy, candlelit treatment rooms, and, massage rooms with open-air views of the surrounding mesas. The Fitness Centre on the upper level of the Aman Spa features a classic gym, rooms for yoga and pilates, outdoors and indoors.
The absolute impression of this dramatic landscape, which can be viewed from every corner, inspires each person in different ways. At the same time, its rigidity and its serenity uncompromisingly give fit of energy to everyone.
The cuisine in the Amangiri restaurant is based on the local seasonal food carefully selected by Jacob Anaya the Сhef. The food is cooked in a wood stove or on the hot stones. According to the rocky landscape, the hot stones are used for serving the dishes. But it does not concern ice cream – it is served with cold stones.
